The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences has placed Addis on the Official Ballot for the 2011 Grammy Awards in the following categories:

• Category 6 - Best Male Pop Vocal Performance

• Category 6 - Best Male Pop Vocal Performance
  Addis - Psalm 151:1
  Ballot Entry # 003
• Category 11 - Best Pop Vocal Album
  Addis - No Compromise
  Ballot Entry # 002

The Danish Arts Council has asked Christoffer Høyer and classical composer Peter Bruun to write a 40 minute piece of music merging classical and pop/rock music. It is to be composed throughout the spring of 2011 and is planned to be played on tour for several years, starting in the fall of 2011.

Chris' song, Beautiful World, has been placed in the Hollywood film Lucky starring Colin Hanks, Ann-Margret, Jeffrey Tambor and Mimi Rogers and directed by Gil Cates Jr.

Chris sings and plays all instruments on the track, which he also produced and recorded. He wrote the song with Gordon Pagoda (L.A.).

Further to the release of our album "Face To Face" on Turmic Records earlier this year I really wanted to write a big "THANK YOU !" to you, and to everyone else at Turmic Records (especially Karolina and Shane) for all the excellent work that you have done on our behalf this year. It is very much appreciated. So far we have found our album at iTunes, E-Music, MSN Music and Napster, and as a result of all this extra exposure we are now seeing our fanbase grow as new people daily sign up to join our mailing lists from all over which is very encouraging.
